Support Coordinator

About the role

MyIntegra, an NDIS-registered provider of support coordination services, is hiring a Support Coordinator in Darwin. The role helps NDIS participants understand their plans, connect with the right supports and build greater choice, confidence and independence. Experience in Support Coordination is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Help NDIS participants understand their plans and connect with the right supports
• Build greater choice, confidence and independence for participants
• Manage a caseload and follow things through
• Connect with people and build trusted relationships

Required profile

• Ability to take ownership, organise your work and manage a caseload
• Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships
• Knowledge of what is available locally and how to find solutions
• Genuine desire to help people build more independent and fulfilling lives
• Experience in disability, mental health, community services, allied health, case management or another relevant human services setting
• A relevant qualification is welcomed; willingness to undertake further study is valued
