Supply Planner

About the role

As a Supply Planner you will join L’Oréal’s dynamic Supply Chain team in Australia, ensuring that our beauty products are available to consumers across the market. You will work closely with commercial, marketing and distribution teams to manage inventory and execute detailed supply plans for each SKU.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels against targets, prevent excess stock and identify slow‑moving items.
• Develop and action detailed supply plans for each product, resolving any potential supply issues.
• Collaborate with the Customer Supply Chain function to provide clear, timely communication to customers and commercial stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to review and maintain supply planning data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supply planning role, preferably within retail or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
