About the role

As a Gatehouse Operator at Komatsu Australia you will manage site access and support the safe, efficient movement of parts and goods across the branch. The role blends gatehouse coordination with warehouse support, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage gatehouse operations, including visitor sign‑in and inductions.
• Coordinate receiving and dispatch of parts and goods.
• Support safe loading and unloading of trucks.
• Ensure goods are accurately processed, stored and documented.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or site‑based role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (highly desirable).
