Supply Chain Scheduler

About the role

Join Saputo’s Laverton ILC as a Supply Chain Scheduler, responsible for planning and coordinating domestic and export movements across the ILC and 3PL networks. You will ensure smooth, on‑time, and safe operations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage schedules for containers and shift tasks, balancing workload with available capacity.
• Monitor and adjust time slots for inbound and outbound movements to keep operations efficient.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse packing capacity.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, 3PL providers, transport partners, and shipping lines.
• Check and validate costs to ensure accuracy and control expenses.
• Promote safe work practices and support a positive, inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or scheduling.
• Comfortable using SAP, Excel and other IT systems.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to health and safety, including occasional Saturday work.
