Studio Manager – Project Architect (High-End Residential)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high‑end residential projects. Based in our studio, you will manage the end‑to‑end process, ensuring design excellence and compliance with Australian standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple high‑end single‑residential projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including internal design teams and external consultants.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project updates.
• Ensure all documentation and design comply with the Development Control Plan (DCP), Local Environment Plan (LEP) and National Construction Code (NCC).
• Produce detailed construction documentation and 3D models using Revit.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering high‑end residential projects.
• Excellent client relationship and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of Australian residential compliance frameworks (DCP, LEP, NCC).
• Master’s degree in Architecture.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit for documentation and modelling.
