Structural Engineer – Buildings

About the role

Join Aurecon's Buildings Structures team in Perth, delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design and support complex projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structural engineering expertise to develop design‑led solutions for client challenges.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian Design Codes and best practice engineering standards.
• Collaborate with construction partners to translate designs into successful on‑site delivery.
• Work with national and international Aurecon colleagues to solve problems across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree with at least 2 years of experience in building structures engineering and design.
• Australian citizenship (mandatory for project requirements).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as Space Gass, RAPT, ETABS, RAM Concept, Strand7 and Revit.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Australian Design Codes and structural engineering practices.
