Senior/Project Architect – Aged Care

About the role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project or Senior Project Architect to lead a significant aged‑care project in Perth, moving from Design Development through detailed documentation and potentially into construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project through Design Development, documentation and Issued for Construction (IFC).
• Produce and coordinate architectural documentation in Revit.
• Manage consultant coordination, resolve technical issues and maintain design intent.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project leaders.
• Support construction phase activities such as RFIs, shop drawings and site queries if required.

Required profile

• 7‑15 years post‑graduate experience in architecture.
• Experience delivering multi‑residential, commercial or healthcare projects, preferably aged‑care.
• Strong technical delivery skills and ability to own a project through documentation.
• Bachelor or Masters in Architecture and full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Consultant coordination and technical detailing.
• Design Development and IFC documentation.
