About the role
Orchard is seeking a senior strategist to lead health‑focused brand, communications and digital projects for its Sydney team. The role blends evidence‑based strategy with creative execution to solve complex business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver evidence‑based strategies that integrate insights from culture, behaviour, data, UX and CX.
- Collaborate with social, content and digital teams to translate strategic direction into actionable campaign plans.
- Lead client workshops to uncover business problems and present pitch‑winning solutions.
Required profile
- 5+ years in a strategic or planning function, preferably with exposure to health or wellness brands.
- Strong ability to work with data, generate insights and communicate them clearly.
- Proven track record of leading and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative attitude with a passion for sharing market perspectives and building client trust.
