Strategy Business Transformation Consultant – Senior Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy Business Transformation Consultant with ERP experience to join its transformation team. The role focuses on high‑impact ERP programs and offers the chance to develop expertise in SAP and broader ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP‑led transformation programs across finance, procurement, supply chain and sales functions.
• Contribute to process design, including “as‑is” and “to‑be” models, and conduct business analysis.
• Assist with discovery, blueprinting and business readiness activities.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops and gather requirements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with SAP and exposure to other ERP platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain or sales processes.
• Experience delivering workshops, requirements gathering and process modelling.
