Strategic Partnership Manager - Health & Insurance

About the role

Randstad is recruiting a Strategic Partnerships Manager in Sydney to drive business growth across the insurance sector. The team already covers Government and PHNs, so this role focuses on opening new revenue streams in Life Insurance, General Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Broking networks and Corporate Health. It is a high-visibility, individual contributor role centred on pipeline generation, strategic networking and closing high-value commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run targeted prospecting plans aimed at decision-makers across insurance carriers, brokers and health networks.
• Identify client pain points, map decision-makers and turn complex discussions into long-term commercial programs.
• Work with internal clinical and commercial teams to design tailored mental health solutions for partners.
• Represent the organisation at insurance and health conferences, networking events and expos.
• Manage the pipeline through structured sales processes from first contact to commercial execution.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of solution-selling or business development experience in insurance (life, workers' compensation, general, broking) or health; a mental health background is highly regarded.
• Track record of prospecting, closing new accounts and hitting aggressive revenue targets.
• Strong existing relationships with decision-makers in insurance, broking or corporate health.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent commercial experience.
