Strategic Account Executive

About the role

Canva is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join its Enterprise Sales team in Sydney. This hybrid role focuses on driving growth with high‑value enterprise customers, shaping long‑term partnerships and delivering Canva’s visual communication platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute data‑led strategic account plans to identify, prioritize and engage enterprise opportunities.
• Own complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, manage pipeline, forecast accurately and use Salesforce for visibility.
• Navigate large, matrixed organisations, multi‑thread stakeholders and build relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Deliver compelling, customer‑centred sales experiences and translate business challenges into tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Post‑Sales to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Significant full‑cycle enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of new‑logo acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations and long sales cycles.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong storytelling and discovery skills.
