Strategic Account Director – Retail

About the role

Lead the growth and retention of Uber Eats' largest grocery and convenience partnerships across ANZ. You will shape expansion, product adoption, and merchandising strategies to deliver long‑term success for both partners and Uber Eats consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers, identifying opportunities to improve core business metrics.
• Design and execute growth initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally with internal Uber teams and merchant partners.
• Govern strategic partnerships through executive engagement, joint business planning, and quarterly business reviews.
• Negotiate complex deals and manage commercial and legal processes.
• Contribute to building a best‑in‑class B2B acquisition and account management function for the Grocery and Retail team.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling experience with ASX‑100 or equivalent large‑scale partners.
• Track record of managing a strategic pipeline, forecasting, and exceeding metrics‑based goals.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate partner organisations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally and with C‑suite executives preferred.
