Strata Manager - Liverpool

About the role

An established property and strata management business is looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join its growing team in Liverpool, NSW. The role manages a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes across Sydney, with a focus on South West Sydney, in a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
• Advise on strata legislation and compliance matters
• Manage maintenance requests and contractor engagement
• Handle dispute resolution and problem-solving matters
• Keep accurate records and reports
• Deliver a high standard of customer service

Required profile

• Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence in Strata Management
• Previous experience managing strata portfolios
• Strong understanding of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with strata management software
