Store Manager – Retail Fashion & Footwear

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Laced’s flagship boutique in Brisbane, delivering premium customer experiences and driving sales performance. This full‑time, on‑site role combines hands‑on floor leadership with team development and visual merchandising responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
• Recruit, motivate, train and develop a high‑performing retail team.
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Manage rostering, workflow and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control and product launches.
• Support in‑store campaigns, activations and brand events.
• Foster a positive, accountable and energetic team culture.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or footwear.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a confident shop‑floor presence.
• Passion for footwear, fashion and retail culture.
• Proven ability to deliver results and lead teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights and key launch periods.
