Store Manager (Motorcycle Retail)

About the role

Lead a fast‑paced motorcycle retail store, combining leadership, customer service and a passion for two‑wheelers. You will be responsible for driving sales, building a high‑performing team and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring excellent merchandising and stock control.
• Engage customers and team members to maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales and operational KPIs, maintaining targets for revenue, wages and stock loss.
• Lead by example with a proactive attitude and passion for customer service.

Required profile

• Retail management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales, wage, KPI and stock loss targets.
• Effective communication and motivational techniques.
• Understanding of rostering and ability to train new staff.
• Drive, commitment and resilience to grow the business.
