Join Pillow Talk as the Store Manager for the Moore Park location, partnering with the Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and drive operational and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team, reviewing performance regularly and implementing action plans.
• Act as brand ambassador, delivering personalised experiences for customers and staff.
• Coach team members in consultative selling and brand storytelling.
• Manage inventory, visual displays and stock presentation to maximise trade.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial, customer‑centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high‑volume, large‑format retail.
• Strong delegation skills and ability to optimise team productivity.

Required skills

• Operational agility with strong inventory management capability.
• Consultative selling experience with ability to train and coach staff.
• Fashion‑oriented visual display and stock presentation strengths.
