Store Manager - MECCA Mornington

About the role

MECCA is looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead its Mornington store in Victoria on a full-time basis. Store Managers typically work a Tuesday to Saturday rotation. The role sits within Australia's leading prestige beauty retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Keep store operations running smoothly so the team can deliver seamless, memorable customer experiences
• Build an effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and regular feedback
• Engage and motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold company values

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a large-format retail environment, inspiring, coaching and training large teams
• A strong passion for exceptional customer service
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development
• Ability to build strong relationships, think long-term and drive change by influencing others
