Boutique Seasonal Support

About the role

CHANEL is recruiting Boutique Seasonal Support for its fashion boutiques in Melbourne. As a flexible and adaptable member of the Fashion teams, you will support the sales teams in serving clients well throughout the festive period, ensuring a seamless back-of-house experience.

Key responsibilities

• Gift-wrap client purchases in the Chanel way
• Run errands to get stock for the front-of-house team, help unpack stock deliveries and steam items for clients
• Offer hospitality to clients, such as refreshments and welcoming them into the boutique

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a genuine client-first mindset
• A passion for luxury fashion, styling and the CHANEL brand, with confidence to speak about fashion creations and give personalised recommendations
• Energy, enthusiasm and confidence in connecting with clients during busy trading periods
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with CHANEL guidelines
• Flexibility to work a varied roster including regular late-night trading and weekends; hours expand during the peak November and December period
