Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager you will lead the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting visual and commercial standards that reflect both global strategy and local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team, ensuring inclusive culture and high performance.
• Analyse sales data, set targets and create action plans to optimise results, profits and stock levels.
• Manage store scheduling, maintenance and visual merchandising in line with budgets and commercial priorities.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activity and local customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management and operations with a strong track record of leadership.
• Ability to use customer‑centric reporting tools and drive sales planning, analysis and follow‑up.
• Analytical problem‑solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion trends.
• Motivated, ambitious and performance‑driven, comfortable working with numbers and statistics.
