Retail Supervisor (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Retail Supervisor at LUSH in Werribee will lead a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will foster a positive shop‑floor atmosphere, support team development, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor, manage stock levels and ensure displays follow brand guidelines.
• Support the store manager with sales initiatives, in‑store events and customer celebrations.
• Act as store lead in the manager’s absence, overseeing daily operations and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for customer service and ability to inspire a team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive, supportive attitude.
• Availability for Thursday and Friday late‑night shifts and at least one weekend shift.
