About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking a driven Store Manager for its Mosman boutique. You will lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and collaborate closely with a leading optometrist.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Create a high‑energy, positive store culture.
• Partner with the Optometrist to grow retail and clinical success.
• Run a smooth, efficient operation without compromising service.

Required profile

• Proven senior store management experience in optics or retail.
• Strong alignment with Bailey Nelson’s values – tight‑knit, down‑to‑earth, constantly improving.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Confidence in driving sales through honest recommendations.
• High energy and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a commercial mindset.
