Store Associate – Full‑time Retail Role

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking enthusiastic full‑time Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Miranda store. As the front‑line specialist, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping shoppers find high‑quality LifeWear items while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising on the shop floor.
• Provide excellent service at fitting rooms and checkout counters.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy, and replenish merchandise.
• Execute display changes and stock replenishment throughout the day.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles (preferred).
• Approachable, comfortable engaging with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Commitment to achieving high performance standards.

Required skills

• Customer‑service orientation.
• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
