State Manager – Rehabilitation Services

About the role

Lead a multi‑disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals to deliver exceptional client care and quality return‑to‑work outcomes across a diverse range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to meet targets.
• Develop and sustain positive customer relationships while ensuring services meet legislative, SLA and Konekt standards.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets and drive business growth.
• Grow and develop the team to optimise performance and engagement.
• Manage a small caseload to stay connected with service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in occupational/workplace rehabilitation or injury management with strong customer focus.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or related field.
• Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
• Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers.
