S&S Banking Consultant (Part‑time, Mt Gravatt)

About the role

As an S&S Banking Consultant at Suncorp Bank you will deliver high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, support account openings and guide customers in using digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service, aiming for first‑call resolution and high satisfaction scores.
• Answer everyday banking enquiries and process account openings via phone, online channels and in‑branch.
• Educate and support customers on digital platforms, encouraging self‑service and online banking adoption.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for new clients.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA requirements.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
