S&S Banking Consultant – Noosaville

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant will join the Noosaville branch of Suncorp Bank, delivering a blend of sales and service to retail customers. You will handle face‑to‑face interactions as well as inbound and outbound calls, assisting with everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Deliver accurate information on everyday banking products and processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Facilitate digital onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customer, risk and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable engaging customers through digital channels and supporting their transition to online banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build trust and resolve issues efficiently.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management and continuous learning.
