Speech Pathologist Graduate Program 2027

About the role

Join Better Rehab’s 2027 Graduate Program as a Speech Pathologist supporting NDIS participants across Brisbane. This community‑based position offers a mix of home visits, day‑centre sessions and clinic work, giving you real‑world experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop practical therapy plans for clients aged 6–65.
• Deliver functional, participant‑led therapy covering language, mealtimes & feeding, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC.
• Build long‑term relationships and track client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Required profile

• Speech Pathology qualification, graduating in 2026 or January 2027.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check.
