About the role

Join Better Rehab as a Speech Pathologist delivering client‑centred care within a multidisciplinary team. You will work with a varied caseload across community settings, supporting participants in achieving functional communication goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement speech pathology interventions for NDIS participants.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other clinicians to deliver integrated care.
• Develop client‑centred, outcome‑focused goals and monitor progress.
• Utilise provided technology (phone, laptop, iPad) and resources to support therapy delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech Pathologist (registration with relevant Australian board).
• Early‑career or recent graduate ready for community‑based practice.
• Commitment to mentorship, continuous learning and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required skills

• Functional goal‑setting in speech pathology.
• Clinical planning and documentation.
• Use of digital tools for telehealth and documentation.
