Behaviour Support Practitioner / Supervisor

About the role

Join Better Rehab as a Behaviour Support Practitioner/Supervisor and make a real impact on NDIS participants in Brisbane. You will work across homes, clinics and community settings, leading a team of practitioners while receiving comprehensive training and supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor core Behaviour Support Practitioners, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support aligned with NDIS best practice.
• Provide 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and professional development for the team.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions and maintain ethical standards across a varied caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases and support client outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Behaviour Support, with PBS Registration at Proficient level.
• Background in Psychology or Social Work is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks.
• Knowledge of NDIS processes and participant‑centred planning.
