Speech Pathologist – Flexible Community Role

About the role

Join Ability Action Australia’s growing Mandurah team as a Speech Pathologist. You’ll work flexibly across community settings, tailoring your caseload to your strengths in paediatrics, adults, or a mixed mix.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and community settings.
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload, including observations and standardised assessments.
• Provide evidence‑based therapy to build communication skills and independence.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.

Required profile

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
• Passion for working in a multidisciplinary team and delivering client‑centred care.
• Interest in paediatrics, complex needs or a preferred caseload area.
