Speech Pathologist – Community Based Support

About the role

Join a growing multidisciplinary team to provide community‑based speech pathology services across the Tamworth region. You will work closely with participants of all ages, delivering tailored therapy to improve communication and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload in homes, schools and outreach settings.
• Conduct observations and standardized assessments to set participant‑centred goals.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapy for feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support outcomes.

Required profile

• Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (SPA).
• Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
