Spa Therapist - Part-Time

About the role

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, a Sofitel property with a renowned luxury spa, is looking for a part-time Spa Therapist. You will deliver treatments that inspire and rejuvenate guests, working alongside therapists, practitioners, receptionists and hotel colleagues to create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of treatments, including facials, body therapies, aromatherapy and deep tissue massages, and other signature spa offerings
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure every guest feels cared for and revitalised
• Maintain the highest standards of personal, guest and colleague safety
• Build genuine rapport with guests and create personalised experiences
• Keep up to date on treatments, wellness journeys and promotions to give informed, tailored recommendations

Required profile

• Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
• Experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
• Full Australian working rights
• Available to work at least one weekend day and able to adapt to a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Presentation and poise that reflects the Sofitel brand
