About the role
We are looking for passionate Spa Therapists to join our growing team at Ardour Milton Park Bowral and Èliva Spa, delivering luxurious treatments using Omorovicza products in a secluded hill‑top retreat.
Key responsibilities
- Curate an unforgettable, bespoke experience for guests from start to finish.
- Deliver a range of treatments including body treatments, facials, massages and hair treatments in luxury treatment rooms.
- Provide high‑level personalised guest service and recommend retail products.
- Maintain smooth spa operations and ensure all areas are cleaned after use.
Required profile
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or higher (essential).
- Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience as a massage and spa therapist.
- Strong knowledge of wellbeing, skin and wellness products with ability to guide guests.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transport and willingness to be located near or relocate to the retreat.
