F&B Team Leader – Breakfast Host

About the role

Join the luxury service team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Melbourne as an F&B Team Leader responsible for breakfast service. You will welcome guests, manage reservations and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Host breakfast guests, coordinate table reservations and optimise floor plans.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold luxury service standards.
• Assist with planning special events and group bookings.
• Perform administrative duties such as updating reservation systems and generating reports.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, maintain cleanliness and report incidents.

Required profile

• Current RSA certification.
• Relevant experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
