Solutions Trainer – CDI/Coding

About the role

As a Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) you will deliver training and support for Solventum’s Health Information Systems software, both remotely and onsite, helping customers maximize the use of Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and related revenue cycle products.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, demonstrate and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products using blended and adult learning techniques.
• Deliver live classroom and web‑based training sessions and contribute to asynchronous training materials.
• Participate in project implementations, providing pre‑ and post‑go‑live support to key stakeholders.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor for internal HIS teams such as Implementations, Support, Documentation and Instructional Design.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with diverse casemix exposure.
• Eligible for full membership of the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple project streams and work independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Clinical coding and health information management expertise.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems implementation and medical professional training.
• Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ software.
