About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results‑driven Senior Clinical & Sales Specialist to join the Electrophysiology team in North Ryde, Australia. The role provides expert procedural support for advanced electrophysiology cases and collaborates with sales and marketing to drive commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural support on complex electrophysiology cases, especially advanced arrhythmias.
• Lead training sessions and mentor in‑field clinical teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimise patient outcomes.
• Troubleshoot product issues and ensure smooth procedure flow.
• Drive product adoption by showcasing innovations to healthcare professionals.
• Support sales efforts by identifying clinical opportunities and demonstrating product value.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Degree in Health Science or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology.
• In‑depth understanding of electrophysiology catheters, hardware and software.
• Strong leadership and ability to work autonomously.
• Proven track record of new technology adoption.

Required skills

• Expertise in electrophysiology procedures and arrhythmia management.
• Knowledge of catheter‑based cardiac devices.
• Ability to train and mentor clinical staff.
