Social Media & Content Manager (12-Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our global organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This 12‑month contract supports a maternity leave and will translate the Head of Brand Marketing’s strategy into actionable content plans for Australia, the US and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of organic social channels on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and explore new platforms.
• Develop and execute global organic social media plans that are seasonally and locally relevant.
• Create, film, edit and schedule content for organic channels.
• Track performance, produce reports and monitor competitors to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with the Digital Content Producer to brief influencer and creator partnerships.
• Lead and mentor the Creative Content Assistant, setting direction and managing workload.
• Support the paid digital team by adapting organic content for paid campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing organic social media for brands across multiple markets.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones for early US calls and later UK calls.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of mentoring junior team members.
• Creative mindset with a focus on producing engaging visual and written content.
