Social Media & Content Manager – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our global organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This 12‑month maternity‑leave contract will translate the Head of Brand Marketing’s strategy into actionable content plans for Australia, the US and the UK, while mentoring a Creative Content Assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of organic social channels on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and explore new platforms.
• Develop and execute global organic social media plans that are seasonally and locally relevant.
• Create content from conception, filming, editing to scheduling, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.
• Track performance, produce reports and monitor competitors to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with the Digital Content Producer to brief influencer and creator partnerships.
• Lead and support the Creative Content Assistant, setting direction and managing workload.
• Adapt organic social assets for paid digital campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing organic social media channels across multiple markets.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate early US calls and later UK meetings.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
