About the role

Join CXG as a Luxury Brand Evaluator and experience premium boutiques, digital storefronts, and showrooms across Broome. You will provide concise feedback on every aspect of the luxury experience, helping world‑class brands refine their customer journey.

Key responsibilities

Select and complete short missions (≈20 minutes) that match your interests.
Visit physical or online luxury locations, observe ambiance, service, and post‑purchase care.
Record observations and opinions through an online questionnaire via the CXG Live app.

Required profile

Strong appreciation for luxury fashion, beauty, hospitality, or automotive experiences.
Keen eye for detail and ability to note subtle aspects of a shopping experience.
Willingness to adapt to varied assignment types and industries.

Required skills

Good understanding of the automobile industry.
Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback promptly.
