Social & Influencer Producer

About the role

Emotive Productions is looking for an Integrated Producer with a strong background in social‑first and influencer content. You will turn ambitious creative ideas into work that resonates emotionally, working at the intersection of creativity, craft and commerciality.

Key responsibilities

• Produce social‑first shoots, working closely with Emotive’s creator roster and ensuring content aligns with cultural trends.
• Manage end‑to‑end influencer and creator projects, from talent casting and commercial negotiations to briefing shooters and overseeing delivery.
• Lead smaller productions through scope, budgeting, scheduling, shoot, post‑production and final hand‑over, while supporting senior producers on larger campaigns.
• Develop rollout matrices and production approaches for integrated multi‑channel campaigns, coordinating with directors, photographers, AI artists and specialist partners.

Required profile

• Integrated producer who partners with creatives early to shape ambitious yet productionally feasible concepts.
• Hands‑on driver comfortable on set and in the boardroom, delivering calm, solutions‑focused leadership under tight timelines.
• Commercially curious with experience building accurate budgets, negotiating suppliers and protecting creative quality.
• Emotionally intelligent collaborator who practices radical candour and builds trusted relationships across teams and talent.
