SME&C Change & Adoption Lead

About the role

The AI Transformation Change & Adoption Lead will drive adoption of Avanade’s Agentic Platform, agent‑based solutions and AI‑enabled ways of working across SME&C client delivery and operations. This senior role sits in the APAC squad and partners closely with AI Specialists, GTM Leads, Architects and Catalyst Squad Leads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change and adoption strategy for AI transformation engagements, including Copilot and agent‑based solutions.
• Translate AI strategies into practical adoption plans covering leadership alignment, user readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with AI Specialists and GTM leads to align adoption activities with Microsoft plays and client value hypotheses.
• Define stakeholder groups, personas, use cases and adoption journeys; develop enablement assets such as executive briefings, playbooks and training content.
• Support responsible AI governance by clarifying roles, decision rights, controls and human oversight.
• Embed adoption activities into agent lifecycle management, track usage metrics and capture lessons for repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• 7‑15 years of professional experience with at least 7‑10 years in change enablement.
• Strong background in technology‑enabled transformation, preferably AI, Copilot or digital workplace adoption.
• Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks and quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
