Small Business Cashflow Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Small Business Cashflow Specialist to join our Business & Private Bank team in Docklands, Melbourne. In this hybrid role you will support small‑business customers by assessing their cash‑flow needs and providing tailored financing solutions, serving as the first point of contact on our inbound line.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and conduct needs‑based conversations using the A‑Z Review platform.
• Provide guidance and solution‑based recommendations to meet customers’ immediate cash‑flow requirements.
• Take ownership of customer resolutions and coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes.
• Identify additional financing needs and refer customers to Home Lending or Business Lending channels.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high‑performance, positive culture.
