Site Supervisor / Sub Foreman – Residential & Industrial Projects

About the role

Nascon is launching multiple residential and commercial/industrial developments in the Banksia and Arncliffe area. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Sub Foreman to support the Site Foreman and Construction Manager in delivering a residential apartment block and an industrial project.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors and trades.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality assurance, and site presentation.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and material movements.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays.
• Support the Foreman and Construction Manager in achieving overall project objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience on Class 2 residential apartment projects.
• Background with a head or principal contractor.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry and/or a degree in Construction Management.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and project outcomes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
