Site Supervisor – Large‑Scale Data Centre Projects

About the role

Built is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for large‑scale data centre projects in Marsden Park. You will be the primary on‑site leader, coordinating trades, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering complex builds on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities within the allocated area.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Drive site safety and compliance, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Lead subcontractors and trades to maintain programme sequencing.
• Maintain site documentation and track progress against key milestones.

Required profile

• Strong leadership presence on site with the ability to keep teams aligned and productive.
• Trade background (carpentry, formwork or similar) – highly regarded.
• Construction qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience supervising structural works on commercial projects, including concrete, steel and major building structures.
• Previous work with tier‑1/2 commercial builders.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, program management and trade coordination.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, HSE requirements and quality processes.
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
