Site Supervisor

About the role

Icon NSW is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a $50 million education project in Lennox Head. You will be responsible for delivering the project safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities, including safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work meets required standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site workers.
• Liaise with the project management team to align on objectives.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance on site.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, progress reports and inspection documentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the site team to achieve timely completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects of $50 million +.
• Experience on health or school construction projects is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
