Site Supervisor – Darwin (NT)

About the role

McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day delivery of civil, demolition and remediation works across the Northern Territory. The role is based in Darwin and offers exposure to a diverse mix of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily site delivery, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment.
• Plan and sequence works with Project Managers, monitor programme, productivity and quality.
• Lead pre‑starts, toolbox meetings and daily site coordination, ensuring safety controls are in place.
• Review drawings, scopes and methodologies, identifying constructability issues and risks.
• Maintain accurate site records, diaries and reporting while supporting commercial awareness of productivity and variations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or similar construction leadership role.
• Strong background in civil construction, demolition, remediation, asbestos or hazardous materials environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple work fronts, crews and subcontractors.
• Solid WHS knowledge with a commitment to safe project delivery.
• Construction White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence.
