Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Future Secure AI is seeking a hands‑on Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate the production infrastructure that powers its AI Co‑Workers. You will own reliability end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to ensure resilient, scalable, and secure platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes‑based platforms for AI workloads.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Create and manage Helm‑based deployment workflows.
• Define, measure, and improve system reliability with SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortems.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce operational toil.
• Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Partner with engineers to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and secure across the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, building, or operating workloads on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, or self‑managed).
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform for provisioning and automation.
• Practical knowledge of Helm for Kubernetes application deployment.
• Professional experience with at least two programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby).
• Direct Site Reliability Engineering experience, including on‑call duties, incident response, and toil reduction.
