Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

Rawson Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead residential construction projects across New South Wales. You will be responsible for overseeing each build from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on‑site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor construction timelines and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the build.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Building Supervisor in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices, trades, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• General Construction Induction Course / White Card (mandatory).
• Asbestos & Silica Awareness Certificate (mandatory).
• Current First Aid training.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence (mandatory).
