About the role
You will lead the site delivery of a 30‑level luxury residential apartment project in a prime Gold Coast location, working closely with the Project Manager and the wider delivery team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors and on‑site teams to ensure progress against the construction programme.
- Drive the construction schedule, meeting key milestones and maintaining site safety and compliance.
- Oversee quality control and the execution of high‑end finishes.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi‑residential / Class 2 projects.
- Strong subcontractor management and leadership abilities.
- Good understanding of construction programming and sequencing.
- Focus on quality and attention to detail.
