About the role
Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of large construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to keep daily site operations running smoothly and ensure safety, quality and performance standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of a large construction project.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain momentum and smooth daily site operations.
- Champion safety, quality and performance across all site teams and subcontractors.
- Contribute to design reviews, site‑specific planning and construction programming.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications.
- Strong leadership with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes safely and efficiently.
