Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading construction builder, delivering high‑quality commercial fit‑outs, refurbishments and new builds. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects and engineers to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues that arise during construction.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience on commercial fit‑out, refurbishment or new build projects.
• Tier 2 experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality work and client satisfaction.
